Entrance to the event is restricted to professional audience.
+ What are the opening and closing hours for exhibitors? And for visitors?
The access time for exhibitors is from 9.00 a.m. till 6.30 p.m. on 27 February, and from 9.30 a.m to 6.30 p.m on 28 and 29 February.
Visitors time are from 10.00 a.m. till 6.00 p.m. on 27 and 28 February, and from 10.00 a.m to 4.00 p.m on Saturday 29 February.
+ Will I be eligible to receive free invitation tickets as an exhibitor registered at Famaart?
The Show Office will send free of charge 100 printed invitations to forward to exhibitors partners, agents and clients: they will be delivered to the company adress indicated on the application form. The invitation doesn't represent a free ticket. They must be filled in with visitors data and exchange with a free ticket at the box offices.
+ Is the entrance ticket daily or valid for the entire duration of the event?
The entrance ticket is valid for the entire duration of the show.
+ Is the free invitation convertible at the ticket office of the exhibition centre or do I have to register online and print it?
The free invitation ticket you received by itself does not constitute a valid entrance ticket but you need to exchange it at the ticket office of the exhibition centre after filling the registration overleaf.
+ Where and when can I pick up the exhibitor badges?
The exhibitor badges and car park passes can be collected at the show office, located in the Service Centre Wing C.
+ How many exhibitor badges and parking passes will I be entitled to?
Each exhibitor will be given free passes according to the stand size. The quantities are indicated in the Technical Rules & Regulations
+ Are passes needed to enter the exhibition centre in the set up and dismantling phases?
In the days and hours appointed for the installation and dismantling of the stands, access to the exhibition center can only be made by crediting the security portal "GATE", accessible from your reserved area on the website www.famaart.it and upon presentation of people and vehicles passes printed at the end of the registration process.
+ Will there be a Wi-Fi connection on the stand?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included in the registration fee for the event
+ How do I request any additional services for my stand?
Within your reserved area, accessible from the site of the exhibition (www.famaart.it), you will access befair platform in order to purchase any additional services which you may require. For additional forniture please contact email@example.com to place your order.
+ If I apply for an external catering company, how can they enter the exhibition centre?
You can permit the external catering company to enter the exhibition fairground only after you obtain a written permission by the show office (see Contacts).
